But unfortunately the birdies have yet to show up. It&#8217;s still too early for them to arrive, but now we&#8217;re ready. Each year some finches build a nest on top of outdoor speakers that we have on our portale. For a long time I&#8217;ve wanted some way to watch without disturbing. A couple weeks ago I became aware of a small single board computer and webcam that can be built into a &#8220;spy cam.&#8221; This is the Raspberry Pi.
